It is with immense pride and a deep sense of
responsibility that I assume charge as the
Director of MKDEI. After honourably serving the
Indian Army for over 36 years,
I now embark on a new mission—to guide,
mentor, and shape the next generation of
armed forces leaders.

My journey in uniform was one of commitment,
discipline, and diverse experience. From serving
in challenging operational areas to handling key
staff roles, every assignment taught me the
values of leadership, integrity, and
perseverance.
Having undergone Group Testing Officer (GTO)
Course at DIPR, I've had the privilege of
assessing and grooming aspirants for the
Services Selection Boards (SSB), and I now bring
that same focus and expertise to MKDEI.

Here at MKDEI, we are not just preparing students
for exams—we are developing cadets into
future officers.
Our mission goes beyond academics. We instill
officer-like qualities, build confidence, and
help each cadet understand what it truly means
to wear the uniform with pride and purpose.
