Physical Training
A healthy body houses a strong mind
To keep cadets in good physical condition and to be able to undertake the rigorous training at NDA, physical activities are an integral part at MKDEI.
- All cadets have to participate in daily Physical Training for 45 minutes in the morning. The activities include a judicious mix of Limbering, Cardio, Yoga, Core Strengthening exercises and meditation.
- MKDEI provides facilities for Athletics, Cross Country running, Hill Trekking and Military style Treasure hunt etc.
- SSB compliant Obstacle Course drill practice is mandatory for all cadets.
