Service Selection Board (SSB) Preparation

Service Selection Board (SSB) interview is one of the most challenging interview procedures in the world which is conducted over a period of 5 days to select potential candidates as an officers in INDIAN ARMED FORCES.

At MKDEI we believe in grooming over a period of time rather than short term training to the cadets to achieve higher success rates at SSBs. SSB preparation is integrated into the daily routine to ensure progressive and natural development of leadership qualities in our cadets. This is ensured by experienced & highly qualified mentors and a well developed infrastructure.

How do we do it?

  • Personal Interaction by experienced mentors at the beginning of academic year to identify strengths and weaknesses of each cadet.
  • Cadets are then put through different programs to develop/ inculcate leadership qualities.
  • Regular feedback from individual to see cadets personal progress.
  • Exposure to cadets on each aspect of SSB Interview including conduct of live capsules under qualified and experienced assessors.
